and you’re going to feel like your traps are super tight. So you would take your hand,
put it underneath the chair. So you’re holding right underneath your thigh. Then you’re going to be looking straight ahead.
Hold your head at a 45 degree angle. So grab the corner of your head. Your arm is at a 45 degree angle. You’re looking straight ahead. You pull at a 45 degree angle until it locks. Right there it locks. Then I lean into that 45 degree angle
and you should feel the stretch go from your occiput,
so from your head,
all the way through the shoulder blade.
Hold for 30 seconds. Switch sides and repeat six times a day.
