What he has going on is teres minor and teres major, which is giving him problems with supination and pronation. It’s also giving him problems with the rotator cuff. So a lot of times most rotator cuff injuries are going to be up here, supraspinatus, and then it’s going to cause pain through here. This is like an area that isn’t commonly treated, but this is where most people have their issues.

When you’re going to treat this area, what you’re looking for is the muscle to jump. So you see how that’s jumping right there, that’s jumping right there. muscle fibers going this way. So you cross the muscle fibers and you’re looking for that area to jump, especially right through there. So that’s gonna tell me where to treat.

So even before you start the treatment, you can know where you need to. This is gonna be the posterior delt right here. You can see how teres minor and major are gonna run underneath, and then the posterior delt gonna be here. So you can see how this would get affected. Start treatment. You notice how much pressure putting down. Gonna go with the muscle fiber first Rigth there

Right there. So as soon as you feel the muscle jump, you go past where it jumped and you go back very lightly. A lot of force coming towards you, very lightly.

going back

Again, you feel it jump, go right back. Feel it jump, go right back.

Still doing okay? Yeah.

This area, like it’s right on top of the shoulder blade, you can’t really avoid the bone too much, but that’s why I drew out the line so that I make sure I don’t hit the spine or the scapula.

We know exactly where the angle of the scapula is, because we know exactly where we’re treating. These little red dots tell you that it’s going to start bruising. So you see those tiny red dots? That’s called petechia. And that means the bruising is going to start. Typically, if I do shockwave on somebody, there’s always some type of bruising.

Just give it some rest, right through here. This one, turn it up. I can’t put a lot of pressure on this muscle. So you gonna go up Higher and let the machine work harder. Majority of the dose is going to teres minor and teres major the rest of the dose is going to be posterior delt, and then we’re gonna run it, lighter pressure, but we’re gonna decrease in tension so that the machine does more of the work. Right through here. Just to make sure, we put more cream and jumping around anymore. Gone.
