📍 📍 It’s pronator teres. Pronator teres runs this way when it creates a trigger point. A lot of times it creates like numbness and tingling into the hand because that’s where the nerves are running. What you want to do is you start scraping from here. You scrape down to here. From here down is tendon. So all you really need to do is get this belly.
When you push into it, it’ll feel like a little ball almost rolling over it and it’ll be like extreme pain and it’ll even shoot down towards the hands. So that’s how I knew that,
that’s what she had going on. We already started scraping it, but what I want to do is called pronator. So I. It pronates and supinates the hand.
So this is the motion that I’m going to be doing as I’m scraping. You put pressure coming down, very light coming up. So it looks like this.
And then what we’re feeling for is like this little gravel underneath the skin. Those are adhesions and you want to break up that gravel. Usually it takes anywhere from five to seven minutes, but if it starts bruising, you got to stop early. Once we break this up, then we start working on the tendon.
That’s when you would switch to this one. So I told you this tool right here, we’ll do everything. So that’s when you start. Kind of going into these little crevices and you feel that right in there. That’s when you’re working on the joint and the tendon and then it’s a little bit more aggressive, but you don’t need to do that right away, right away.
Just work on this two, three to five minutes. If you see a bruise, don’t do it again until the bruise is gone.
