it’s painful and that’s just because this is too tight.
So this gets tight when your shoulders are rounded. It’s more of a posture thing so your body adapts to your shoulders being rounded forward. Makes this muscle very tight. And now all we have to do is stretch it out. So what we do is we pin the muscle and then stretch the arm and go circles. I’m pinning the muscle
stretching it out all the way and then releasing.

go all the way and then release. And then I walk all the way up towards the actual joint. And once I get it to a joint
I give him a break and then he’s going to put heat on it for 20 minutes and then repeat that process. So usually you want to strip it out. You want to do 7 to 10 reps and do that three times a day.
