Pain Relief for Under Shoulder Blade – Rhomboid Scraping

📍 📍 They’re called a posterior rib. So that’s your rhomboids right here. So the rhomboids run in this direction. They run like this. If you want it, what it would feel like is a sharp stabbing pain right between the shoulder blade and the spine. So the easiest way to get to it is put this arm behind your back like that and then let the elbow fall out and you see how the shoulder blade pops out right away, which allows me to get to this area.

So when you want to target that area, you’re going to use the tool that I showed you before. We’re going to get a little bit of emollient on there. Not much. And then spread it around and you can feel that right away, right there. So in order to hit this, I’m going to grab the skin, spread it out, and then we’re going to come right underneath it and you see how it’s jumping around and you see up here how it’s nothing.

So you could tell that that’s nothing. It moves real easy, but once we get over a problem area, it gets stuck and it starts jumping around. And then that’s where you want to work right through there. And then it keeps going down. So I’m putting more emollient. And then I keep going down. Most of the force is when it’s pulling towards me and then it’s real light coming back.

So it’s like that. And then the issue is mostly right here. And you can feel that right away. It’s just a real fast movement. Once you want to get a little bit more intense, I would come on the other side and then you try to get underneath the shoulder blade and you see how that feels almost like a lighter on your skin.

Like this is a lot more intense. So you come this way and dig underneath the shoulder blade, but it’s mostly right here. And then zoom in real quick or see these little dots that’s called petechia and that lets you know that that’s a bruise that’s going to build up and that’s when you stop. So you didn’t even make it to the three to five minutes you would have to stop right now or else you’re going to have a pretty big bruise there.
