Dr. Junior outta Chiro studio, one of the common questions that we get in the office is what is the difference between an inversion table? And non-surgical spinal decompression, which we do in this office. So with decompression, what we do is we pull the spine at approximately 80% of that person’s body weight.
This is what allows us to fully restore people’s disc. With an inversion table, you’re gonna gap your ankles gap, your knees gap, your hip joints before any of that weight actually gets to the spine. If you look at the research, only 10% of your body weight actually. Decompresses the spine. Yes, it’s really good to use in conjunction with decompression, but realistically, you’re more at risk of getting hurt using an inversion table than you are at ever restoring the disc.
So if you’re interested in figuring out how we can help you restore those disc, click the link below. I look forward to meeting you.
Our office will be closed December 30th – January 1st for the holidays.
